1. Who you are dealing with

Tabfort (the browser extension and the website tabfort.com) is provided by Roman Denisov, an individual entrepreneur registered in Portugal, NIF 312773005, R. Dr. José Vilaça 108, 4705-094 Braga, Portugal (“we”, “us”). Contact: [email protected].

By installing Tabfort or buying a license, you agree to these terms. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer protection law of your country of residence.

2. The free plan

The free plan lets you use Tabfort without payment, without an account and without a time limit. It includes automatic snapshots, saving and restoring sessions and tab groups, trash and undo, import and export, and two workspaces. We will not remove features from the free plan that it included when you installed Tabfort.

3. The founder lifetime license

• Price: €49, paid once. The final price, including any applicable taxes, is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Availability: limited to the first 300 licenses sold.
• What it includes: unlimited workspaces, and every paid (Pro) feature we release in the future, with no additional payment.
• Planned features: Google Drive backup and sync between computers are in development. We describe them as planned and do not promise a release date. You are buying the license for the features available at the time of purchase plus future Pro features when and if they are released.
• Who may use it: the license is personal. You may use it on all browsers and computers you personally use. It may not be shared with, resold to, or used by other people or by a team.
• “Lifetime” means for as long as Tabfort is offered. If we ever stop developing Tabfort, the last released version will keep working with your license, and your data will remain yours and exportable.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. If a payment provider acts as the seller of record for your purchase, this is shown at checkout, and that provider's terms also apply to the payment. After payment, your license key is delivered by email. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, contact support.

5. Refunds

You may get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. See the refund policy. This is in addition to any statutory right of withdrawal you have as a consumer.

6. Your data

Your saved tabs and sessions are stored on your computer and belong to you. Tabfort never blocks access to them: whether or not you have a license, you can always view, open and export everything you saved. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.

Keep your own backups of anything important. Uninstalling the extension or clearing browser data removes locally stored sessions; use the export function before you do that.

7. Acceptable use

Do not reverse-engineer the license check, share or publish license keys, or use Tabfort in a way that breaks the law or the Chrome Web Store policies. We may revoke a license that is shared publicly or obtained by fraud.

8. Updates

We update Tabfort regularly through the Chrome Web Store. Updates may change how features look or work, but will not take away features included in your plan, and will not reduce your ability to export your data.

9. Warranty and liability

We take great care to make sure Tabfort does not lose data — it is the main purpose of the product. Still, software can fail, and Tabfort is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for loss of data you could have prevented with an export or backup, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, including for gross negligence or intent, and they do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including the legal guarantee of conformity of digital content.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes do not reduce what a license you already bought includes. The current version is always at this address, with the date at the top.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim in its courts. If something goes wrong, please write to us first — most problems are solved in one email. Consumers in Portugal may also use a consumer arbitration centre (Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo).
